Remarks:
This plate may be issued to any
6,000 lb.
commercial or passenger vehicle
owned, leased, or provided by an
employer. The initial cost includes
a "one-time" fee and is not charged
a second time, even if the guardsman
does not purchase his National Guard
plate for one or more years. Initial
cost includes $5.00 which goes to
the Veteran's Trust Fund. A minimum
of $5.00 may be donated to the Veteran's
Trust Fund at the time of renewal.
